Aria is a bit like salt and pepper used on food, too much and you ruin it. ARIA is great but only if used properly and sparingly.

Unfortunately designers and developers do just that they design at times for no real reason. If something works leave it alone.

All accessibility overlays are bad. They try and make something that is bad accessible. The take away from this is just don't use them.
